• DELIVERED ITEMS: All sales for delivered items are payable upon receipt of merchandise (cash or other acceptable means) unless an Open (charge) Account has been established by prior arrangement. A company check may be accepted for established customers that pay Cash On Delivery (COD). Up to $25.00 service charge can be applied to each returned check. Payment by phone using one of our accepted credit cards (MASTER CARD, VISA & AMERICAN EXPRESS) may also be used.
• For delivery you must be within our delivery or shipping area with a business address. Freight charges may apply for items shipped outside of our local delivery area.
• SHIPPED ITEMS: Are subject to Freight charges and/or COD charges. We inspect parts before shipment. You must inspect parts before accepting from the Freight carrier. If damage is found you will need to put a claim into the Freight Company and make arrangements for them to return to ECO, also please notify ECO of the damages.
• BUSINESS CUSTOMER: If you are a business involved in the repair or resale of motor vehicles and are tax exempt we must have your California resale number on file in order not to be charged tax.
• PRIVATE PARTY: You must be able to pick up your order at our address; 210 Classic Court, Unit 150, Rohnert Park, CA.  94928. Larger items and sheet metal products will not be shipped due to high shipping costs and potential damage issues. In stock Items do not need to be pre-paid. Special order or Items not in stock are required to be paid at time of ordering. We accept; VISA, MASTERCARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS. Smaller items such as Lights, Mirrors, Brackets, Door Handles and such can be shipped almost anywhere in the US. If the item is able to be shipped then you will need to call OR email our office to arrange for shipping and freight charges may apply. If you are in California then CA Sales Tax will apply.
• Claims of damage must be directed to our office within 24 hours.
• ECO Automotive Distributors reserves the right to not accept checks as payment.

• We gladly accept returns and exchanges for parts received improperly supplied by us or delivered in error. Our office must be notified of any damaged parts within 24 hours of delivery to you. All parts must be returned within our acceptable time frame for inspection and review for you to receive proper credit.
• Unused Parts must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase (Invoice) in saleable condition in their original packaging. If altered, painted, or not in original packaging, they may not be accepted or will be subject to a 15% or more return charge.
• Upon successful inspection, a credit will be issued to the original purchaser. All other returns may be subject to a return charge or may not be accepted. Contact our main office for return instructions or for further questions you may have. Freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless received improperly supplied by us.
• Parts returned after 30 days of purchase will be subject to a 20% or more return charge or may not be accepted.
• Glass items like windshields, mirror glass, glass moldings are non-returnable past 15 days of Invoice date.

WHAT IS COVERED

ECO Automotive Distributors guarantees that the aftermarket replacement products, such as bumpers, fenders, hoods and grilles are free of defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from first purchase as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part was installed. When installed in accordance with accepted industry standards, the replacement body parts are warranted against premature failure provided there has been no damage due to incidental or consequential acts, such as collision.  Please call ECO Automotive Distributors for return requirements for a no-cost replacement, labor excluded. There are no implied warranties.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not apply to parts failing due to accidents, damage, abuse or improper installation. Warranty is limited to refund or replacement and does not extend to paint, labor or installation costs. Incidental or consequential damages are not covered by this warranty. There are no alternative settlement procedures.
